Shipping Policy
Time and Delay
Please understand, all products are made to order. Once you order a product, it will be fulfilled and then we will start production. Each item shipped is made specifically for that custom. Please be patient as your product may take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
Multiple Shipments for an Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages on different dates. You will not be charged extra and will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Unless you have received an item cancelation email from us, expect that your order will ship.
Unexpected Delays
On occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to reach out to us at yootopian02@gmail.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Yootopian's policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date for most items. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. If there are any errors or discrepancies on any items, please email us right away.
Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
Product may only be returned by mail directly to me, and that information would be given at the time the request is made.
Return Processing Fee:
A flat rate cost of return shipping, $4.99 USD, will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is less than $4.99 USD, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.

Credit for the merchandise returned less a $4.99 USD return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
